of an idea to highly successful operating enterprises.
As it relates to creating value from start-ups, the
Trivergance method is to leverage shared services, the costs of
which are amortized amongst the concept companies in which case the
costs are managed and the risk is mitigated.
Individually or collectively, our principals
currently own a considerable stake in, participate at the board
level of and are involved in operating several of these enterprises.
Tranzact (tranzact.net) , the leading technology
enabled marketing services firm located in Fort Lee, has grown from
a concept in 2003 to $100mm in revenue.
Smart Pack Solutions, the leading B2B and B2C
internet based, retail company of moving supplies has grown at
almost 80% since we purchased an existing company as the launching
pad in late 2005.
Paradigm Direct, a performance-based marketing
company which we founded in 1997, grew from an idea with no revenues
to $220m in revenue in three short years, and sold for approximately
1X revenue in 2000.
Several other new idea companies are in different
stages of research and development, all of which leverage our
specific skill set of marketing services, direct marketing, digital
marketing, supported by sophisticated infrastructure and technology.
